Well this last week was one to remember. On Tuesday we had interviews with President Mackay. We had to stay in the church all day because we were the ones who had the keys to the chapel which is a bummer because we didn't really get that much missionary work done. But then on Wednesday we had everything fall through so we pretty much just walked around trying to talk with as many people as possible. We ended up finding these 17 year olds from Haiti. They didnt speak any spanish so we actually talked to them a lot in English and tried to talk to them in French. They are actually super awesome and 2 of them came to church with us on Sunday. One of them even wore his white shirt. We met with them on Thursday and called Elder Cresaps older brother who helped us out with the lesson. He served his mission in France so he taught them in French and they actually learned a ton. We are going to try and help them learn more but there is a pretty big language barrier. Hello everybody. My bad for missing a week. I've been doing a lot of the same stuff every single day so not much to write about! But hey here we are, another week in the gran mision Chile Pto. Montt. Kinda crazy I hit 19 months on the mission. Time keeps getting faster. We had to move houses last week so that was pretty stressful. The home was pretty bare so we had to make all the IKEA furniture and stuff. While moving homes, a lot of the people we were teaching just decided they didn't want to be taught anymore but things that happen so we are starting over.  When I went on intercambios in Puerto Montt we stopped a guy who didn't really want to talk to us but I made him talk to us because there really is nothing more important than hearing about the gospel, right?!? Well, turns out he is going to get baptized soon. So that's pretty cool. People think I am slightly nuts that I talk to everyone, but everyone needs to hear about God.   We're going into spring right ...

W80: President Nelson

Another week. We've lowkey just been working out here in the south of Chile. Nothing much has changed. We're going into summer so the weather is getting pretty nice. Like parkas are not always nesessary. Nothing really too crazy happened last week. We did have a homeless dude pull up to the church and ask us for food. We had to explain to him that sadly we cant really give him food which is sad. We also had a cat funeral for a family from our ward. We went to visit them sunday night and their cat had just died. Me and Elder Cresap are just living life. Also I'm hyped to get my guitar tomorrow. An Update on the post cards is that I might not be able to send them to the states because someone told me that Trump has blocked mail but I am not sure if that is true. Things sometimes get lost in translation down here. So thats that. But I'm going to try sending them and we'll see what happens. Our prophet died this week. He'll be missed and was an awesome man....
